Hola Filomena,

Siento un poco de pena por no haber pasado a saludarte, disculpa.

Oye, después de cómo 1000 días de retraso, te escribo para agradecerte todas las atenciones recibidas por parte tuya y del personal del Buenaventura; nos pasamos unas vacaciones increíbles, con ganas de regresar, en serio…

Gracias por la cena romántica, el menú y el vino, una combinación perfecta y mi esposa feliz!!!

Gracias por el detalle a mis suegros, les halago y endulzó el momento (claro que mi hijo fue el ganon!!!)

En fin, no hay punto de queja, de reproche o de desacuerdo, todo fue sumamente agradable.

Muchas gracias por todo, de aquí de la empresa creo que soy como el 5to que se hospeda con ustedes y todos coincidimos en que regresaríamos. De hecho 2 compañeras, con su respectiva familia, estarán por allá con ustedes en julio y agosto.

Estimado Sasa

Solo una nota rápida para decirte que tuvimos una estupenda estancia y te lo queríamos agradecer. Como siempre todo fue grandioso, la comida, el personal fue increible. Siempre es un gusto regresar y ver caras conocidas y ver que somos recordados. También “El Mariachi Loco” estuvo genial. No hay necesidad de decir que lo disfrutamos mucho y esperamos volver el próximo año.

Lamento no haberte visto tanto como el año pasado pero siempre hay un próximo.

Te hubiera escrito antes, pero el Señor David acaba de tener una cirugía de espalda y recién salió del hospital el pasado sábado; su recuperación va muy bien.

También Annette Bosse y yo tenemos algunas sugerencias así que si por favor estás interesado avísanos.

Te mandamos nuestros mejores deseos a ti y a tu familia por supuesto.

Hola. Acabo de regresar de mis 2 semanas de vacaciones de su resort. Fue un fantastico tiempo! El hotel y el staff fueron grandiosos. Muchos de ellos me recordaron de estancias anteriores. Cuando descubrieron que mi esposo (a quien ellos recordaron)  murió tres semanas después de nuestra última visita todos ellos expresaron sinceras condolencias. Fue muy conmovedor. Este año viajé sola y me sentí completamente segura y libre – el staff sabía que estaba sola y me hicieron sentir muy bienvenida. Con fortuna espero regresar el próximo año.

Hola Celia,

Lamento no haber escrito esta nota antes. Solo quería decir hola y agradecerte una vez más por toda la hospitalidad durante nuestra estancia en Buenaventura Grand en Enero 2009. My esposo Brian y yo tuvimos una estancia increíble! El clima fue perfecto y pudimos ver muchas ballenas en la bahía….Fue muy hermoso.

Y una vez más tu maravilloso hotel y staff fue lo que hizo esta estancia tan grandiosa. Realmente sentimos que estamos entre amigos cuando nos hospedamos en Buenaventura. Yo creo que estaremos regresando una y otra vez cuando visitemos Puerto Vallarta.

Gracias por tomarte el tiempo en saludarnos y decir hola. Fue agradable ponerle una cara a todos los correos que enviamos. Fue muy considerado de tu parte.

Brian y yo esperamos regresar a Buenaventura Grand a finales de éste año (Diciembre) o al principio del próximo año (Enero). Realmente esperamos estar en tu hermosa ciudad y quedarnos nuevamente en Buenaventura Grand.

Hola Alejandra,

Espero que te encuentres muy bien. Recientemente llegamos a casa después de nuestra visita por México y Arizona. Sólo te quiero hacer llegar una líneas para hacerte saber que tuvimos una estancia maravillosa en tu hotel y que todos los arreglos para la boda de mi hermana estuvieron muy bien. El staff en tu restaurante fue excelente, - especialmente Angel Rodríguez. Por favor envíale nuestras gracias a él. Ellos fueron más allá de lo necesario para asegurarse que estuviéramos bien atendidos y nada era problema para ellos. También debo reconocer a tu recepcionista - Eva. Fue muy acomedida también. Tuvimos muy buenas habitaciones con vistas muy lindas además de muy cómodas; la comida fue de primera - No tenemos ninguna queja... No dudaré en recomendar su hotel a nuestros clientes y espero que podamos regresar en un futuro próximo.

"The Buenaventura Grand Hotel & Spa is fantastic. I have been there twice. Once for New Years 2008, and I just returned from my wedding/honeymoon there on April 12th. I can't say enough good things about the hotel and staff. The food was delicious, the rooms immaculate (everything is brand new), the location can't be beat (3 blocks from the main promenade/strip and about 15 minutes to the airport), and the value outstanding. I spent a long time researching many different hotels in Mexico to have my wedding, but unlike all the large over-crowded resorts in Puerto Vallarta , this hotel was the only one that had an intimate setting so that all our guests could spend time together while also offering an all-inclusive option and excellent location. We checked out some of the larger resorts like the Rio and Palace hotels, but they treated weddings there like an assembly line with a bride walking down the aisle every hour!!! Thanks to Carlos Bautista, the wedding/event planner at the Buenaventura , I was able to completely customize my wedding. Carlos was amazing and made sure that every last detail that I had dreamed about for my wedding came true! All of my 30 guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the wedding was, and they were thrilled with their stay at the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for a vacation and especially to celebrate your wedding. Make sure you ask for Carlos! Oh... and if you need a photographer Josef Kandoll W. is exceptional!"

I am writing to thank you for giving us a great vacation, your resort is beautiful, the food excellent and the staff exceptional. I had booked the trip back in September and gave it to my wife as a surprise at Christmas to celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary (although she had no idea where we were going until we boarded the plane). Prior to our arrival I sent an email to your reservation manager, Celia Molina and explained my gift and asked if at all possible for a room with a nice view and a king-size bed. I kept her updated over the months as to how my wife was trying everything she could to get me to tell her where we were going, but I wouldn't say until I gave her the envelope on the plane. Celia responded, advising that she will try to make our stay a memorable one and was looking forward to meeting us. When we arrived at the resort we were treated extremely well and when they showed us to our room it was amazing, everything we had hoped for and more. Celia checked with us several times during our stay making sure everything was fine and told us to call her if there was anything else she could do for us. We have stayed at various resorts and truly believe that it is the staff that makes a difference, and in your case you definitely have the right people working for you. As you may have guessed, my wife has already told me what she wants for Christmas this year, and that it to return to the Buenaventura next February and I will do everything that I can to give her that gift. Once again, a special thanks to Celia for helping make our 34th anniversary a great one.

I'm sorry for the delay in saying thank you for the opportunity to visit the Buenaventura this past March.  Our stay was absolutely great!  The hospitality and service extended to us was extraordinary.  The front desk manager and the concierge were most gracious and I have spread the word to my staff and associate travel agents that the Buenaventura is a great place to stay and is very convenient to the town, we walked into town on many days.

The renovations are great, food was excellent, drinks were plentiful and I don't have any negative comments on the hotel.  We were actually there during part of spring break and it was surprisingly quiet for the most part.

Nothing replaces a personal experience of staying at a hotel to get a true experience and thank you again for the opportunity.

My wife and I spent a very wonderful vacation at your hotel last month 04/18/07 - 04/29/07.

This was our sixth trip to your beautiful city (we come to Puerto Vallarta every other year).

This was our first time to stay at your Hotel and I most tell you we were very impressed with your property as well as your employees. 

The food served was excellent and the level of service (V.I.P.) from your employees was much more than we expected. 

I want you to know that we were very happy with the service provided by your concierge Josie González and Eloy rodríguez. 

They were very helpful and answered many of our questions.

Also the waiters that took very good care of us were Abraham and Mario.

Victor, Nicolas, Benjamin and Cesar are the best bartenders in Puerto Vallarta!

Our room (1448) was kept very clean by your staff and we had a great view of the pool are as well as the Ocean.

The special dinner that were part of our Apple Vacation Package were excellent and we appreciated all that was done by your staff during our stay.

When we plan our next trip to Puerto Vallarta you can be sure we will be staying at the Buenaventura Hotel !
