My Dear Alejandra,

It is with great pleasure I write to let you know that My wife and I had the best wedding anniversary in Puerto Vallarta.

I would like to express my gratitude by simply let you know, that without your welcoming and your constant attention to details, to ensure all of our reservations were booked on time, the changes we requested were met to our complete satisfaction. Thank you so much for the wonderful surprise when we returned from our anniversary dinner from Morales, we were greeted by a plate of chocolate covered strawberries !!! What more can you ask !! sadly our last evening.

Our visit was so very short, and we have met some wonderful people from all over by the pool.

Our gratitute to the following , starting with,
Sara in Housekeeping, Felix , Elizabeth and Katia at the front desk and Mr Faustino who always greets us when we visit the Hotel with a smile and always a good word of welcome.

Chef Augustin, Linda, Mr Raul, Mr Mario, Christina, Miriam and all the rest of the staff.

Your kind personality and your outstanding customer care wins you, I am sure, Many friends.

During my stay I had the pleasure of meeting the Director of the Buenaventura , Mr Vega, who has been made aware of how outstanding the management , the Staff and the excellent facilities the Hotel offers with best value.

We miss you all already, but are planning to come back in january of next year, or sooner !!!

Awesome Hotel,

We want to give the biggest thanks to the staff of the Buenaventura Hotel and a hug to the concierge that had all the information we needed and helped us to getmeals that my wife who suffers from Celiac Disease she could eat. The rooms are great with ocean views and the honeymoon suite and the Jacuzzi tub on our last 2 days just made her feel AWESOME. The evening meal of lobster in the dining tower earned me brownie points that will last until I come again. Buenaventura gets all my business and I will tell all my friends.

Dear Sasa

Just a quick note to tell you what a great time we had and wanted to thank you very much. As usual things were great, the hotel, the food and the personnel were outstanding. It is always good to come back and see some of the same people as they recognize us and we have a good time with them. Also "The Mariachi Loco" were great. Needless to say we had a wonderful time and looking forward to next year.

I was sorry that we did not see much of you as you were away but there is always next year.
I would have written sooner but Senior David had back surgery, he just came home from the hospital last Saturday but doing very well.

Also Annette Bosse and I have a couple suggestions to pass on, so if you are interested please let us know and we would be glad to pass them on to you. Maybe they will not be good but again they might be.

Hi. Just got back from a two week visit at your resort. I had a fantastic time! Hotel and all staff were great. Many of them remembered me from previous years visits. When they found out that my husband (whom they remembered) had died 3 weeks after last years visit they all expressed sincere condolences. It was touching. I was travelling alone this year and felt completely safe and at ease - staff was aware I was alone and made me feel welcome. Hopefully I will be able to return next year.

Hello Celia,
I hope you are well.

I’m sorry it has taken me so long to send this note along to you. I just wanted to say hello and thank you once again for all of your hospitality during our stay at the Buenaventura in January /09. My husband Brian and I had an absolutely amazing time! The weather was perfect and we were able to see many whales in the bay. Very beautiful.

And once again, your wonderful hotel and the staff were what made the trip so great. We really do feel like we are amongst friends when we stay at the Buenaventura. I believe we will continue to come back again and again to stay with you while in Puerto Vallarta.

Thank you for taking the time to meet with us to say hello. It was nice to put a face to the emails we have sent. That was very nice of you.

Brian and I hope to return to the Buenaventura either the end of this year (December) or beginning of next year (January). We look forward to again being in your beautiful city and staying with you at the Buenaventura.

We have just got home after our stay in Mexico and Arizona.

Just a few lines to let you know that we had a wonderful stay at your hotel and all of the arrangements for my sister's wedding went off very well. Your restaurant staff are excellant - especially Angel Rodriguez. Please pass on our thanks to him. They went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of and nothing was too much trouble for them. I must also make mention of your front office receptionist - Eva. She was very helpful too. We had good rooms with nice views and were very comfortable and the food was 1st class - nothing to complain about.. I will not hesitate in recommending your hotel to our clients and we hope we can stay with you in the near future. Many thanks once again.

"The Buenaventura Grand Hotel & Spa is fantastic. I have been there twice. Once for New Years 2008, and I just returned from my wedding/honeymoon there on April 12th. I can't say enough good things about the hotel and staff. The food was delicious, the rooms immaculate (everything is brand new), the location can't be beat (3 blocks from the main promenade/strip and about 15 minutes to the airport), and the value outstanding. I spent a long time researching many different hotels in Mexico to have my wedding, but unlike all the large over-crowded resorts in Puerto Vallarta , this hotel was the only one that had an intimate setting so that all our guests could spend time together while also offering an all-inclusive option and excellent location. We checked out some of the larger resorts like the Rio and Palace hotels, but they treated weddings there like an assembly line with a bride walking down the aisle every hour!!! Thanks to Carlos Bautista, the wedding/event planner at the Buenaventura , I was able to completely customize my wedding. Carlos was amazing and made sure that every last detail that I had dreamed about for my wedding came true! All of my 30 guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the wedding was, and they were thrilled with their stay at the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for a vacation and especially to celebrate your wedding. Make sure you ask for Carlos! Oh... and if you need a photographer Josef Kandoll W. is exceptional!"

I am writing to thank you for giving us a great vacation, your resort is beautiful, the food excellent and the staff exceptional. I had booked the trip back in September and gave it to my wife as a surprise at Christmas to celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary (although she had no idea where we were going until we boarded the plane). Prior to our arrival I sent an email to your reservation manager, Celia Molina and explained my gift and asked if at all possible for a room with a nice view and a king-size bed. I kept her updated over the months as to how my wife was trying everything she could to get me to tell her where we were going, but I wouldn't say until I gave her the envelope on the plane. Celia responded, advising that she will try to make our stay a memorable one and was looking forward to meeting us. When we arrived at the resort we were treated extremely well and when they showed us to our room it was amazing, everything we had hoped for and more. Celia checked with us several times during our stay making sure everything was fine and told us to call her if there was anything else she could do for us. We have stayed at various resorts and truly believe that it is the staff that makes a difference, and in your case you definitely have the right people working for you. As you may have guessed, my wife has already told me what she wants for Christmas this year, and that it to return to the Buenaventura next February and I will do everything that I can to give her that gift. Once again, a special thanks to Celia for helping make our 34th anniversary a great one.

I'm sorry for the delay in saying thank you for the opportunity to visit the Buenaventura this past March. Our stay was absolutely great! The hospitality and service extended to us was extraordinary. The front desk manager and the concierge were most gracious and I have spread the word to my staff and associate travel agents that the Buenaventura is a great place to stay and is very convenient to the town, we walked into town on many days.

The renovations are great, food was excellent, drinks were plentiful and I don't have any negative comments on the hotel. We were actually there during part of spring break and it was surprisingly quiet for the most part.

Nothing replaces a personal experience of staying at a hotel to get a true experience and thank you again for the opportunity.

This was our sixth trip to your beautiful city (we come to Puerto Vallarta every other year).

This was our first time to stay at your Hotel and I most tell you we were very impressed with your property as well as your employees.

The food served was excellent and the level of service (V.I.P.) from your employees was much more than we expected.

I want you to know that we were very happy with the service provided by your concierge Josie González and Eloy rodríguez.

They were very helpful and answered many of our questions.

Also the waiters that took very good care of us were Abraham and Mario.

Victor, Nicolas, Benjamin and Cesar are the best bartenders in Puerto Vallarta!

Our room (1448) was kept very clean by your staff and we had a great view of the pool are as well as the Ocean.

The special dinner that were part of our Apple Vacation Package were excellent and we appreciated all that was done by your staff during our stay.

When we plan our next trip to Puerto Vallarta you can be sure we will be staying at the Buenaventura Hotel !
